Effective Date: October 23, 2026
TULAY USA is an independent technology consulting business helping organizations navigate artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technology solutions.
This Privacy Policy explains how TULAY USA and its Opportunity Engine collect, use, store, and protect information, including information accessed through Google services.
The TULAY Opportunity Engine may process:
Publicly available business names, addresses, websites, and telephone numbers.
Business contact names, professional roles, and business email addresses.
Business research, opportunity qualification, and sales activity records.
Contact information obtained from authorized third-party data providers.
Google Sheets information necessary to maintain authorized business reports.
Our current website does not independently collect personal information through registration or contact forms.
The TULAY Opportunity Engine integrates with the Google Sheets API to publish business research, prospect information, contact records, and operational reports.
With authorization from the Google account holder, the application:
Connects to a designated Google spreadsheet.
Retrieves spreadsheet structure and configuration information needed for synchronization.
Creates or updates designated reporting worksheets.
Uses authorization credentials to maintain the approved connection.
The Google Sheets permission requested by the application can authorize access to spreadsheets in the connected Google account. The current implementation uses this permission for its configured reporting spreadsheet.
The application does not currently retrieve Gmail messages or Google Drive file contents through this integration.
The TULAY Opportunity Engine currently maintains its primary business records in local databases on the authorized user's Windows computer.
Google authorization tokens are stored locally to support continued access and synchronization.
Access to these files depends on the security of the computer and the user's Google account. Users should protect their computers, account credentials, and backup files against unauthorized access.
TULAY USA does not sell Google user data or transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used to provide the application's authorized Google Sheets reporting functionality.
TULAY USA does not use Google API user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
TULAY USA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Information may be disclosed when required by applicable law or with appropriate authorization.
Business records and generated reports remain in the local application and authorized Google spreadsheets until deleted or otherwise managed by the authorized user. The current application does not implement an automatic universal deletion schedule.
Users may remove their locally stored records and Google spreadsheet data, subject to their applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Google account access can be revoked through the user's Google Account security settings. Revoking access prevents further authorized Google Sheets synchronization but does not automatically delete previously stored local records.
TULAY USA uses Google services for website hosting and authorized spreadsheet integration.
Additional business-information providers may be used when authorized. Their data practices and applicable terms are governed by their respective policies.
TULAY USA may update this Privacy Policy as its services and software capabilities evolve. Material changes to the collection or use of Google user data will require appropriate disclosures and consent where applicable.
